II School – Summer 2011

The “II School on Optics and Photonics” (CEFOP – UDEC, 10 - 21 Jan 2011) intends to assemble researchers of these fields in order to update knowledge and share scientific research experiences. This is second version of the School that we plan to regularly organize on January each year. During the first School the number of participants was 70, including researchers, postgraduate students and undergraduate students from physics and engineering. Most of students come from Chile, however an important number of students from Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Peru was also attending to the School.

This scientific meeting will be held at “Facultad de Ciencias Físicas y Matemáticas, Universidad de Concepción (UdeC)” from 10 to 21, January, 2011. It is organized by Center for Optics and Photonics (CEFOP) belonging to this university.

We invite you to attend the school and share with us the passion to discover important and recent Optics and Photonics advances.
