The paper Probabilistic cloning of equidistant states written by O. Jiménez, L. Roa, A. Delgado has been published in PHYSICAL REVIEW A
Abstract:
We study the probabilistic cloning of equidistant states. These states are such that the inner product between them is a complex constant or its conjugate. Thereby, it is possible to study their cloning in a simple way. In particular, we are interested in the behavior of the cloning probability as a function of the phase of the overlap among the involved states. We show that for certain families of equidistant states Duan and Guo read more…
The paper Interference and complementarity for two-photon hybrid entangled states written by W.A.T. Nogueira , M. Santibañez, S. Pádua, A. Delgado, C. Saavedra, L. Neves, G. Lima has been published in SUBMITTED TO PHYSICAL REVIEW A
Abstract:
In this work we generate two-photon hybrid entangled states (HES), where the polarization of one photon is entangled with the transverse spatial degree of freedom of the second photon. The photon pair is created by parametric down-conversion in a polarization-entangled state. A birefringent double-slit couples the polarization and spatial deg read more…

The paper Observation of localized modes at phase slips in two-dimensional photonic lattices written by M. I. Molina, A. Szameit, Kivshar Y.S. has been published in OPTICS LETTERS
Abstract:
We experimentally study light localization at phase-slip waveguides and at the intersection of phase slips in a two-dimensional (2D) square photonic lattice. Such systems allow for the observation of a variety of effects, inclu read more…
The paper Discrete and surface solitons in photonic graphene nanoribbons written by M. I. Molina, Kivshar Y.S. has been published in OPTICS LETTERS
Abstract:
We analyze localization of light in honeycomb photonic lattices restricted in one dimension, which can be regarded as an optical analog of graphene nanoribbons. We discuss the effect of lattice topo read more…
